String of Hearts, or Ceropegia woodii, gets its common name from the distinctive, heart-shaped leaves that dot its delicate, trailing vines. While some may argue this plant is hard to care for – once you get the hang of it (pun intended), you’ll be hooked on its unique beauty. An evergreen succulent from south Africa, it is tolerant of neglect and does best when it is left alone. Simply provide it with bright, natural light and the occasional watering.
